Pay as you go

Features:
Receive an estimate for a course of a single treatment, pay for treatment carried out plus any charges (e.g. broken appointments) on a fee for item basis.

Aesthetique Care Plan (ACP)

All patients are placed in categories after initial examination. The frequency of routine check-up’s is defined at this stage. Some treatment may be specified as required before joining the Aesthetique Care Plan [ACP].

Features:

- Annual fee paid at start of policy/scheme OR Monthly fee paid by direct debit or standing order. Min period 1 year
- Cover void if routine appointments are not maintained
- Cover void if oral hygiene routines not followed
- Broken or late cancellation charges apply
- Check-up reminders sent by; Royal Mail, telephone, Email, or SMS
- Appointment reminders sent via telephone, email or SMS.
What’s covered:

- All routine examinations,
- Medical & Social History analysis
- Ongoing diet analysis and advice
- Ongoing oral hygiene monitoring and advice
- Oral cancer screening
- Periodontal screening and monitoring
- All routine X Rays
- Ongoing occlusal monitoring
- Local topical fluoride application
- All necessary diagnostic X-Rays
- All photographs
- All necessary scaling (removal of tartar)
- All necessary fillings
- Issue of prescription
- Up to three emergency appointments within office hours
- Discounted rates for non-covered treatments
- Discounted rates for cosmetic treatments

What’s not covered:

- Any work resulting from an accident or external injury
- Any work requiring laboratory fees
- Root Canal Treatment
- Cerec treatments
- Out of hours emergency appointments
