You will be greeted by a well informed, helpful and friendly receptionist who will try and find out which department would suit you best and will book your initial consultation appointment. This costs L49 and will be taken as a card payment (Unless you are a personal caller in which case, you may pay cash or cheque with a banker’s card). This secures your appointment and acts as a deposit/bond.

You will attend your initial consultation/assessment appointment lasting about 30 minutes.

You will tell the clinician your problems, desires, expectations and fears after which he/she will carry out a full examination using; intra-oral cameras, virtual reality glasses and digital X-Rays which includes;

This is all covered in the L49 you paid initially to secure your appointment. We try to minimise any additional costs at this visit but the following can be required or requested:

After this initial 30 minute consultation, you will receive within 28 days a full detailed personalised written report which outlines the state of your mouth, remedial work required, any cosmetic requirements and a full list of options along with any information leaflets that may be appropriate.

Once you have read and considered the report you are entitled to a FREE Second consultation of unlimited duration (although an hour is usually sufficient). At this consultation, you will discuss you report with the dentist asking any questions you may have, and examining any brochures, models or samples that may be relevant.

Once you have indicated to the dentist what your requirements and budget are, you will receive in the post by recorded delivery a detailed written estimate. You may request more than one estimate based on your options and quality options so that you can make an informed choice to match your budget.

Once you have received your estimate, no treatment is commenced until you sign and return the estimate/consent form. We ensure that there are no surprises either during treatment or when it comes to pay. You can bring your estimate to every visit and tick off the treatment as it is completed ensuring you can check that you have received everything you have paid for.

Appointments for complex and cases of special difficulty can even be made outside surgery hours; early mornings, evenings and even week ends to suit your busy schedule.

You will usually receive a courtesy call after appointments – allowing you to consult with an experienced treatment coordinator free of charge.
